After waiting for almost 2 years since my first appointment as an Independent Non-Executive Director at Vitrox Berhad, the 2nd and 3rd appointments finally came consecutively.. These appointments came in after I joined SUCCESS. I call it the SUCCESS positive aura. Securing a board seat requires both network, affiliation with credible organizations, and determination or perseverance. Can't blame the companies for being picky and selective because there are so many potential candidates out there for the limited positions. Hope that my story will inspire more out there.
